Public bug reported:

My motherboard doesn't have PS/2 ports. I needed to buy a 'one USB to
two PS/2 adapter' but unfortunately my mouse don't work and sometimes my
keyboard freezes as well then I have to unplug the adapter from the USB
port and plug it again to make it work. I've tried disabling ACPI on
bios with no luck.

Motherboard: ECS A785GM-M
Mouse: Pleomax SPM-710B

Ubuntu 9.10

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
