Public bug reported:

When loading a disc in the computer of any type, Lucid no longer
automatically mounts them. Previously, they did automount (most of the
time). Now, they won't even appear in Nautilus' computer view
(computer:///) so I must mount them manually. Interestingly, mount says
"only root can do that" when mounting as myself even though the fstab
has the "user" flag. Therefore, I must mount it as root, old school:

sudo mount -t iso9660,udf /dev/sr0 /cdrom

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
