that doesn't mean that this problem shouldn't be fix and beside the current fglrx is not 100 percent perfect i still have problems with it for instance compiz freeze sometimes and that didn't happen in the past and 720p movies also have jumps every now and again and that too did not happen in the past with ubuntu 8.10 fglrx.
