*** This bug is a security vulnerability *** Public security bug reported:
Binary package hint: ubuntu-restricted-extras In Lucid, the package ubuntu-restricted-extras installs an outdated and insecure version of the Adobe Flash Player. It installs version 10.0.32, but it should be version 10.0.45. As a workaround, you can afterwards use Synaptic to remove adobe- flashplugin (10.0.32) and install flashplugin-installer (10.0.45). But this is a only workaround, and of course it shouldn't be necessary.... ** Affects: ubuntu-restricted-extras (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: adobe flash player ** Visibility changed to: Public -- ubuntu-restricted-extras installs an outdated and insecure Adobe Flash Player https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/562170 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
