I can confirm this bug for a just updated 10.04 beta. It occurs when mouting via nautilus en use the password remember option. When just typing the password and not remembering it, the share is opened.
So this indeed seems to be related with saving/retaining the password in the keyring. I read about some changes in 2.30 to the keyring, those might be related.
