Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

Sometimes when I use the "Del" key to delete a file in nautilus, I am
thereafter unable to type anything on the keyboard, access the right
click menu, move a window on the desktop, or access the main (start)
menu. I am able to open a file by double-clicking, min/max windows,
highlight text in text boxes, etc. I am trying now to repeat it, but it
seems only to happen on occasion. I am afraid I can't figure out what
triggers it, apart from saying that the "Del" key sometimes causes this
behaviour. The only way I have found to regain control is by
CTRL+ALT+F1 and then CTRL+ALT+F7 back to the gui.
