Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

Since I updated my system to Lucid, I can't reboot (or shutdown) my
machine from GNOME. I have to access a terminal and run "sudo shutdown"
or whatever.

When I do a reboot, I get the dialog asking me if I really want to. I
click OK, the dialog disappears, but nothing else happens.
