Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

Lucid beta2
network-manager:
  Installed: 0.8-0ubuntu3

Does not always connect to wifi even though the passphrase is correct.
Will only connect after a reboot. Sometimes needs several reboots.

No such problem with Karmic on the same machine(Samsung NC10).
