Uh, well, I'm "only" a packager, not the admin of the server. The one
who knows exactly the infrastructure is Maxence, and since he's not
available for the moment (otherwise everything would be back online
already), you can only have my AFAIKs. Too bad...

Yes, the main archive (and all the packaging scripts, such as the one
used to generate html files for packages.medibuntu.org) is hosted on the
server that is down. So we can't update anything anyway.
