Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.20

I upgraded from linux-2.6.20-11 to linux-2.6.20-12 and suddenly network-
manager can't setup a wireless interface. I rebooted back into
2.6.20-11 and everything starts working again. Unfortunately this is
all I have. I checked the logs and I can't really see anything
different except the -12 version doesn't ever seem to associate. This
is on both wpa-enterprise and wep networks. I'm using the ipw395 on a
system76 gazelle value.

Sorry for the sparse bug report, but this is all the info I have. Any
debugging steps that need to be taken I'm glad to take them.

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu)
