The lw-dump-machine-account command line was tool was deprecated and
removed with the introduction of the pstore tdb plugin. That said there
is no plan to support future releases of smbd running on top of lsassd.
The decision was based on several factors (Development efforts focused
on Likewise-CIFS, upstream Samba API changes required addition forward
porting work, etc...)
