Public bug reported:

I just updated from edgy to feisty.
The CPU monitor applet reports the following frequencies :
600 Mhz
800 Mhz
1 Ghz
1.2 Ghz
1.4 Ghz
1.6 Ghz (which is the max freq of my CPU)
65.53 Ghz (Well obviously, this one has a little problem).

The problem is probably not with the applet as I guess it only reports what
seems to be available.
I also want to point out that it created unwanted behavior. The Cpu get stuck
as 1.6 most of the time in "ondemand" (even at rest), while it was at 600 in
edgy at rest.
