Okay, now I'm using xserver-common ein in version 2:1.7.6-2ubuntu7~xup2 and xserver-xorg-core in version 2:1.7.6-2ubuntu7~xup2 from the given PPA.
Now, quadrapassel works for me. No problem to start it.
