Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: indicator-sound
When sound is blocked, indicator-sound's icon changes to audio-volume-
muted-blocking-panel and then gradually fades back to audio-volume-
muted-panel. However, when the fade is complete, the icon used is
different from the proper muted icon (and it looks quite jarring).
I have reproduced this with the ubuntu-mono icon set (light and dark) as
well as the Humanity set.
