Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

When I disconnect the power adapter from my laptop, I get a notification
saying that I have less than 4% battery power remaining and that the
system needs to be shut down, even though my battery is fully charged.
Also, the battery icon looks like it's empty but if I open the battery
info window, it shows up as being fully charged. The system doesn't shut
down, only warns about it.
