Hi

eclipse-jdt is automatically installed with eclipse-pde (but not the
other way around). The Ubuntu eclipse will however not auto-fetch
eclipse-pde if it is not installed (which is why you saw the "cannot
find org.eclipse.pde") because we have it in a separate package.
