Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

Description: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
Release: 10.04

network-manager:
  Installed: 0.8-0ubuntu3
  Candidate: 0.8-0ubuntu3
  Version table:
 *** 0.8-0ubuntu3 0
        500 http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

What I expect to happen:
When connecting to a wireless network (eth1) the NetworkManager Applet should
show that I am connected.

What happens instead:
It says I'm not connected however notifty-osd told me the connection to Wifi
was established. Internet works fine afterwards.
See attachment for a screenshot.
