Hi, I'm also experiencing this problem. With 2.6.17 (my edgy kernel) AGP/DRI loads and works just fine, but when I use the testing (feisty) kernel (2.6.20-12.19), I'm getting the same 'error'. At first I only saw that xorg couldn't enable the DRI (because of AGP not available); but then I also searched the kernel log and realized it's probably because of this error during startup.
