I'm also experiencing this in Lucid. Virtualbox message: Failed to open/create the internal network 'HostInterfaceNetworking-wlan0' (you might need to modprobe vboxnetflt to make it accessible) (VERR_SUPDRV_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND).
