Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

This bug just appeared on Lucid beta so may be due to a recent update.
The application notification icons on the right hand side of the top
panel don't display properly. It looks like some icons were initially
drawn on too far to the right and were subsequently re-drawn further to
the left but the original rendering was not removed. See the attached
screenshot for the details.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log-in to Lucid 10.04 beta
2. Wait for the desktop to appear

Expected behaviour:
All GUI elements of the desktop are rendered properly

Actual behaviour:
The application notification icons on the right of the top panel are not
rendered properly (see screenshot)
