It seems that for your printer no locally installed driver was found and
so system-config-printer searches on the internet.
To make sure that system-config-printer does the correct printer model
matching, please run the following commands in a terminal window and
post the output here:
/usr/lib/cups/backend/usb
/usr/lib/cups/backend/snmp
/usr/lib/cups/backend/dnssd
