Binary package hint: screen
Upgrading from Karmic to Lynx, this occurred during. After most was
installed, it was reported that the upgrade could not complete, and
recovery would begin....it did not do any recovery, but stated that
upgrade was complete, but errors were encountered. Rebooting now to see
if there are actual issues.
