Problem is Hindi Wx keymap author, he did mistake in writing that map and iok got it as problem. It is solved in upstream http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26947.
Have to wait when newer release of xkeyboard-config appears in Fedora/Ubuntu.
