Hi Jeremy, I've just updated to Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and the problem still persists. I've submitted the information report using apport-collect -p linux 526770.
What I'm trying to do now is to test the upstream mainline kernel. I've installed the kernel but when I boot into it, It says Failed to load NVIDIA module. Looks like the NVIDIA module is missing from this kernel. I cant test the pedals without NVIDIA kernel because my flight sim requires the NVIDIA drivers. I'm assuming its the NVIDIA driver. When I try to start the flight sim I get this message: Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":1.0". Whoah -- no matter how hard I tried, I failed to get a GLX visual. Something's seriously wonky on your machine. Any ideas how to proceed thanks, Jhn > On Wed, Apr 28, 2010 at 8:47 AM, Jeremy Foshee < > jeremy.fos...@canonical.com> wrote: > >> Hi John, >> 9.10 is no longer a development version. the current development >> version is 10.04 until tomorrow when it is set to release.
