1. I have tried to reproduce the bug just now a few times but unfortunately without luck. It doesn't happen at all today, although it did yesterday (perhaps a reboot fixed it?). 2. See #1, but at the time I discovered the bug I was copying large files to a USB stick (a Corsair Flash Voyager 8gb to be exact). I have tried copying files and moving files, and I have tried from window to window and also from tab to tab within a Nautilus window. I've also tried copying to different partitions, and each time the file copy dialogue is now displayed correctly. 3. I am a user of the Nvidia Proprietary drivers, and was using these when I got the issue. I'm not currently planning to revert to the open source drivers, and given it now seems to work fine there's probably no need to revert.
