Duane, Somehow I just noticed your post. Unfortunately, I have upgrade the system that was having an issue to Lucid. Actually it is a fresh install and I'm having a different problem now. Sadly, I'm seeing a different problem, but I will open a separate ticket for that one. Thanks for the recommendations on getting diagnostic information. I will use that information with the new problem. I guess you can go ahead and close the problem from my perspective, unless there are others that have eperienced too.
