Got similar problem. On all 4 computers I use files will have green checkboxes as indication they will by uploaded, but when I check the server via the website I mis files. On all 4 computers I now have different files. My business administration is on it and a mess. Will upgrading to 10.04 solve the syncing problem? I tried re-install, and rm -rf ~/.config/ubuntuone. both did not work.
