I've rebooted a few times to reproduce the bug. It seems that the three problems I'm experiencing are related. Every few boots, seemingly randomly, I don't have sound, the ability to mount drives (an external usb drive, or an internal windows partition), or the ability to shut down / reboot via any GUI (indicator-session or gdm). All three of these occur together. I never have a boot where I have sound, but can't reboot, etc.
So could it be that every once in a while something goes wrong with some permissions, blocking me out of doing these things? This may be a problem with something other than indicator-session. -- Restart button logs me out instead of restarting pc https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/550794 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
