Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: python-ubuntuone-client

* Description:  Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
* Release:      10.04

I have been using Ubuntu One successfully for some time with Karmic, and have
around 160mb of files stored. When I add my details into the Lucid 'Ubuntu One'
preferences, my ~/Ubuntu One/ folder remains empty and no files are ever sync'd
to my local machine.

When I return to the Ubuntu One preferences dialog, I see that my
account details again say 'Unknown'. However when I click 'Manage
account', the correct details then pop into the dialog. Don't know if
this is related.

I checked 'ps aux' and I *do* have the following process running:
/usr/bin/python /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-syncdaemon

I also got the following from u1sdtool:

> u1sdtool --list-folders
No folders

> u1sdtool -s
State: QUEUE_MANAGER
    connection: With User With Network
    description: processing queues
    is_connected: True
    is_error: False
    is_online: True
    queues: WORKING_ON_METADATA

> u1sdtool --list-shares
No shares
