Same happens when executing: pstoedit -f plot-svg Trailmap.pdf BNP_Trailmap.svg
on the following file: http://naturepreserve.binghamton.edu/Maps/Present/Trailmap.pdf It is not crashing on startup, it appears to work for a while before crashing.
