Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager

I activated the screenshot option in Compiz.  I wanted it to save to a new 
folder ~/Screens which did not exist.
Taking a screenshot does not create this folder and fails silently.  Directory 
should be created when a screenshot is first taken.
Creating the directory manually then means that screenshots are saved there 
successfully.
