Same here on a fresh install of Lucid. After a couple of days of not syncing anything at all, I now have all directories synced but no files. The directories initially showed the locked/syncing emblem, but are now showing the green tick (synced) but contain no files. The web interface shows all my files as normal, they're just not syncing to the desktop machine at all.
