Update Manager in System Monitor, Processes shows inet_wait_for_connect In my instance I had a 2 hour wait for the Update Info screen to pop-up to tell me about the update after clicking the Upgrade button in Update Manager, I then had another >1 hour wait for Update Manager to prompt me for my Admin credentials. Now the update is installing.
