Please get the output of "cat /proc/interrupts" from a fresh boot
without the irqpoll, so we can see what devices are registered to IRQ 7.

I only see two things from lspci, and that's USB and a Bridge. Perhaps
the bridge is somehow producing these interrupts.

It may be worth checking if you have a BIOS update for this system.
