Angel, i check out in the ACER website: the BIOS is the same for both
5715Z and 5315 that are the same pc model.

So i will try to fash with your ISO file.

You wrote:
1-Unpack and burn the ISO image with you favourite application.
2- Reboot your Acer laptop.
3- Hit F2 in the first screen to enter setup. Navigate to menu "Boot" and make
sure the first device is CD drive.
4- Save and exit. It will boot the FreeDOS Operating System.
5- Make sure when you get the prompt that you are in the CD unit (is labeled
X:).
6- Change directory to X:\firm (cd firm).
7- Execute if50.bat to flash the 1.43 version BIOS.

Points 1, 2, 4,6 are simple.
Point3: is there in blue BIOS screen a choise where i could select the first
device on CD drive?
Point5: what is the label X? did you write "X" as a variabile device that i
have to fill or i need to use exactly "X"?
Point7: In DOS i hae to write "X:\firm" to enter in the right directory and
then? is it just enough i write "if50.bat"? or i have to write something "Do
if50.bat" (i don't use DOS since long time ago with my old 286.....)
