I see that computer when boots have pauses without any output and log
reports at first 15 seconds of boot process. This pauses exists every
boot and at same time (+-second)

The pauses is in 2 to 6 seconds of boot (4 seconds) and in 7-18 seconds
(11 seconds).

What does the system wait in this time? I can turn on more debug log?
How I can speed up or disable this processes?
