Yes, the problem is exactly the same when using the latest 'daily build' live CD of Lucid , which comes with version 1.2.0+20100408-0ubuntu5 of system-config-printer-gnome.
I made a mistake in my original report: the problem only applies to the settings for default page size and double-side printing.
