Upgraded to 10.04, with kernel 2.6.31-19-generic #56-Ubuntu SMP, and problems remain.
Wireless fails after a while, then I plug in and later the wired networking fails, and then terminals freeze up--and usually when I click on the network manager applet icon it locks up the machine for a while.
