I'm here again after hours of tries and now I believe that I solved definitively (at least for me)... I understood the problem!!! According to me the gspca_vc032x is the problem!! I opened the blacklist file: sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
and i've added the following line: blacklist gspca_vc032x and now i'm able to login fast, without any prolem....and my pc is faster!
