Thank you for asking. The problem was with Firefox and Thunderbird themself is in the wrong language (not content of messages or web pages).
I resolved the problem temporarily in this way. With help of Synaptic Package Manager a have removed packages language-pack-et language-pack-gnome-et language-support-et thunderbird-locale-et and so on.
