Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

Thanks for Your help.

When I reply to a message, the in-line copy of the original message is
preceded by the right Italian locale for "Mr. Smith wrote: ...".

When I forward a message, the in-line copy of the original message is
preceded by the right Italian locale for "Original message ... Subject:
... From: ... To: ...". However, in this case, the "Date: ..." field is
filled by English international date, not the Italian locale
translation. For instance, suppose the original message was sent today,
the "Date: ..." field displays "Data: Mon, 17 May 200", where "Data:" is
the Italian translation for "Date:". The right full locale translation
should be "Data: Lun, 17 Mag 2010".

I searched for some locale definition missing, or for some poor
configuration by myself. I was not able to find anything relevant into
my Lucid Lynx installation ...

Many thanks in advance.

Ciao from Italy.
