Hi David, Thank you again so much for everything. I've made the change on 6 of the 11 machines I've upgraded. They are all working fine.
Maybe this will help with the issue. I use cups-pdf a lot. If you selected cup-pdf and printed a document before making the change (like last week), it also had the cream color background. I printed one off this morning that I created last Friday. It printed with the cream color which means the cream color was also created in cups-pdf. I created a new pdf this morning of the same document with cups-pdf, and then printed the document on the K5400, and it is fine. Nice, white, background!!!!!!!
