hmmm, looks like hdb2 (which s/b a 4 GB /) is only 7.5 MB? and 100% full? I'll try again latter but I need to reboot and check to see if the MBR boot sector was hosed? (I really wish the grub boot sector was treated with much more importance and much easier to position on any (/boot) partition.
