This isn't a bug, this is just a feature request. And the answer is no (from me), I won't be writing an OTR plugin because I don't want to be writing Tcl bindings for the OTR library. But to answer comment #2, yes, we have different ways of adding encryption to messages. The best one as far as I know is Kryptonite, which encrypts data with your GPG keys and ensures an encrypted stream between you and your amsn-with-kryptonite friends.
