Drew, When trying to reproduce the issue I did notice the whole dialog being redrawn relatively fast, but it flickered a bit probably due to not double buffering or something along those lines. For me it only happens after clicking on more to open the bottom part and then closing it, at that point it flickers while redrawing the whole window.
