Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-keyring

I recently installed ubuntu 10.04 on 4 different computers and noticed this :
When creating the first default keyring, the french version of ubuntu tries to
call it "Par Défaut" ("by default" in French), but because of the "é" it
creates a "broken" keyring. It doesn't work, and tries to create a new keyring
every time you need it. It also appears as a keyring with no name in the
keyring manager and you can't do anything with it (not even removing it)
The workaround I had to do was to remove this bogus keyrings from
~/.gnome2/keyring, create a new one with a name not containing any special
character and flag it as default.
I think most basic users won't be able to have it working...
