This PDF looks good on screen: http://www.kvk.nl/assets/handelsregister/artikelassets/formulieren/wizard/pdf/14_wijz_vestiging_gegevens.pdf But when printed on a laser printer, the pages (probably due to the blue background) are totally black, only the fill-in fields are white and readable if there is text in it. Also the 2 buttons at the end of page 4 are grey and readable.
