Now also I got the same errors. I tried this upgrade more than 50 times. Here I like to mention that How did I install this? I inserted the Kubuntu 9.1 in Windows XP. The autorun asked me 3 option. I have chosen "INSTALL INSIDE WINDOW". Now I have 2 OS.
