Hello, I also have a "GX0201" card sold as "o2 Surf Card HSDPA/UMTS/GPRS" here in Germany and I can't get it to work either. When I connect the card to my PCMCIA slot, it is possible to create a new "mobile broadband connection" using the setup-wizard but when I click on "Connect" I can see a "spinning disc" in the NM-applet but it fails to connect after a certain time and it says something like "You have been disconnected." afterwards.
I tried Mandriva 2010.1 Beta 2 yesterday but couldn't get it to work in there either. I have tried this in Ubuntu 9.10 -- Option GX0201 mobile broadband fails to connect https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/411923 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
