  Fresh install Ubuntu 10.04LTS Lucid Lynx 64bit Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop
  Screen flickers every couple of minutes for like a second sometimes longer, 
bottom half mostly .(it crashed the computer once)
  I started a blog and found there were others with the same problem
